- Willingness to learn new domain and techniques of recruitment.
- Should have strong End to End IT Recruitment experience.
- Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing the potential candidates through effective usage.
- All possible sources like references, headhunting, job portals, databases, Linkedin, etc.
- Ensuring Quality of hires for all positions within given timelines.
- Coordination with Candidates & Interview panel throughout the process. Should have sound technical knowledge.
- Maintaining the database of documents and all other information of all interviewed candidates.
- Ability to interact, develop a network and get the best resource for any given requirement.
